Q: How fast can you buy my house?

A: Although every situation is different, we can usually come to terms quickly and close within 30 days or less.  In some cases, we can close within a week.


Q: Can I still sell my house if I am in a foreclosure or bankruptcy?

A: Yes. Our team of real estate professionals will negotiate directly with your lender or attorney and settle on terms. We will also handle the paperwork for you!


Q: Can I still sell my house if I owe more than it is worth?

A: Yes.  We are experienced negotiators, and will work directly with your bank to find a solution that is fair and equitable.


Q: Will you buy my house even if it needs a lot of work?

A: Yes.  We buy houses in any condition. 


Q: Why is a short sale better than a foreclosure?

A: A foreclosure hurts your credit much more than a short sale- this affects your ability to find a rental, get a job and more.  Also, with foreclosure the bank may pursue a deficiency judgment- meaning you still owe the difference between your mortgage balance and the value of the house!  In most cases, a professionally negotiated short sale will protect homeowners from this possibility.
